| With our computer controlled
plasma cutter, we cut virtually any shape in mild
steel plate with a thickness of between 2mm and
8mm. Maximum sheet size is 1200mm x 2400mm |

Shapes to be cut can be
emailed to us in the following formats: DXF, DWG,
GCD, VCD. Alternately, we can capture shapes from
pictures or JPG files, or we can duplicate
existing physical shapes.

6mm & 8mm mild steel cuts |

This gate panel, cut out of
4mm mild steel plate, measuring 1500mm x 700mm,
shows the complexity, consistency and accuracy
that can be achieved with a state-of-the-art CNC
X-Y table and plasma cutter. We use a 40 amp Hypertherm
plasma cutter, supplied and serviced by Multicon
cc.
